This website

This website is a static information page. No cookies are placed, visitor behaviour is not tracked and no data is shared with advertising or analytics services. The hosting provider may temporarily keep server logs for technical and security reasons (such as IP address, time and requested page); GRIPON BV does not use this data for any other purpose. Messages sent via the contact form are processed by Formspree (Formspree Inc., USA) and forwarded to us by e-mail; the form is protected against spam with reCAPTCHA (Google).

Personal data we process

GRIPON BV only processes personal data that you provide to us yourself, for example by contacting us or by using our services. This usually concerns your name, e-mail address, phone number, address details and the content of our correspondence.

Purpose and legal basis

We process this data to stay in contact with you, to perform our agreement with you and to comply with legal obligations, such as tax record-keeping requirements. We do not make decisions based on automated processing.

Retention

GRIPON BV does not store your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, unless a statutory retention period applies.
